Training and development at Paymex

Our commitment to improving customer experiences means that every new member of the Paymex team undergoes a comprehensive company induction before dealing with real customer enquiries. This ensures our team can develop necessary skills and behaviours to treat customers fairly and identify appropriate solutions for their needs.
They will also receive ongoing support as they adapt to their new role.
While other organisations are cutting back on training, we have developed our own Sales Academy – an incentive that encourages the personal development of our staff by enabling them to achieve industry recognised qualifications, vocational qualifications, NVQ’s and management training.
